STEP 1: Client’s meetings and concept creation
We were approached by the Sailing Club Phu Quoc to create photos and videos of their brand-new hotel.
The video is now Sailing Club's main promotional video, used for TVC, website and special media. The photos included architecture and lifestyle photos to showcase the hotel.
Our quotation included a day of scouting the hotel to meet the management team and find the best locations within the resort. We scouted the resort with a stylist that was going to be in charge of the model’s clothing and general style.
After the scouting phase, we started designing the storyboard alongside the sales and marketing team, to understand better the hotel target’s market and goals.

In the case of Tia wellness resort we built the storyboard for their main promotional video in partnership with the markleting and management teams.
STEP 3: Photo and video shooting
As we put a lot of planning into the pre-production, the shooting time was simple and efficient. We knew exactly what to shoot and when, and everything was set up.
It was a day-by-day organization to make sure everything was set up for the upcoming shoot. Our production assistant did a fantastic job at communicating with the resort management team.
Thanks to our on-site stylist the models always looked perfect and we could focus on the actual shooting.
STEP 4: Editing and Delivery
On-time delivery with 3 revisions as per contract
Finance and accounting paperwork with the client to finalizing the contract.
